By leveraging Board's comprehensive retail planning solutions, Marc Cain aims to streamline their planning processes, gain real-time insights, and foster agility in responding to market trends and challenges.
For more than 50 years, Marc Cain, managed by founder and owner Helmut Schlotterer, has stood for distinctive women's fashion in the premium segment. Marc Cain has its own production facility in Germany and around half of its knitwear is knitted in one of the most modern and innovative machine parks in Europe.
However, as with all fashion companies, it is a constant challenge to have the right products in the right place at the right time. Board's integrated platform consolidates all aspects of retail planning, from demand forecasting and inventory management to assortment planning, and sales performance analysis. It is essential, that retailers have an effective technology to ensure all points of sales can meet customer demand.
Marc Cain will initially use Board for limit planning, cost center planning per point of sale (POS) as well as the alignment of bottom-up and top-down planning. Board interacts with and uses MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the feeding ERP System and provides a user-friendly environment.
