Board International Appoints Maurizio Carli as Chairman

Leading decision-making software vendor Board International announces the appointment of Maurizio Carli as Chairman (officially effective since September 2019).

Mr. Carli brings to Board more than 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. Most recently, he spent 12 years at VMware in the roles of Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services and Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager, Americas. His responsibilities included overseeing sales and services across the globe, pre- and post-sales engineering, strategic growth planning, and business operations. Prior to this, Maurizio held senior management positions at Business Objects and IBM where he led the sales, marketing, technical support, finance, and human resources functions in the EMEA region.
