Michelin – Global Performance Management Enhancement

At Future of Finance 2023, an event dedicated to the transformation of corporate finance hosted by Losam Insitute, two experts representing Michelin and Board took the stage to share insights on a transformational journey that has removed silos and accelerated data-driven decisions.

Sophie Fargeix, Controlling & Credit Group Transformation Director at Michelin, and Karel Kpamegan, Customer Success Director at Board, were invited to speak about the transformational project Steer’Up for profit, people, and planet.

While Karel highlights Board as an integrated management solution addressing financial, operational, and strategic aspects, Sophie details how the Steer’Up performance management initiative uses Board to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. They both share key insights on the initial implementation and discuss plans for continued collaboration and projects in 2024.
