    Mark Johnson, CFO at Manhattan Beer Distributors
    Mark Johnson, CPA, has over 40 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with 34 of those years in the Beverage industry. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Manhattan Beer Distributors, the largest single market beer wholesaler in the US with annual revenues of $1.4B. Manhattan Beer services over 23,000 customers with leading brands such as Corona Extra, Modelo Especial, Heineken, Coors Light, White Claw, Guiness, Coors Banquet, Truly, Miller Lite and Samuel Adams to name a few. Manhattan Beer has a workforce of 1,700, over one million square feet of warehouse space spread between five distribution facilities and a fleet of 400 Delivery Trucks. Prior to joining Manhattan Beer, Mark served as the top financial executive at the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of NY, Canada Dry Bottling Company of NY, the Coca Cola Bottling Company of Panama overseas and Joshua Morris Publishing Company, a children’s book publisher acquired by Reader’s Digest. He also spent 5 years with Haas Financial Corporation in NYC, specializing in global beverage industry mergers and acquisitions.

    Tamar Rekhviashvili, FP&A Manager at Manhattan Beer Distributors
    Tamar Rekhviashvili is a finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate risk management. Currently working as a Financial Planning manager at Manhattan Beer Distributors, she has implemented several cost-saving and financial optimization strategies. Tamar’s career includes leadership roles at TBC Bank and Georgia Healthcare Group, where she managed complex financial reporting, risk assessments, and capital markets activities.

    Tatum Human, Project Manager and Head of Professional Services at Bios
    Tatum is a highly experienced Project Management professional with over 13 years of expertise, starting in Financial Services and later expanding into the Public Sector, Luxury Retail, and Gambling industries. Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered operating model redesigns, large-scale technology implementations, and regulatory compliance projects. Her portfolio includes the implementation of advanced systems like Dynamics 365 and Board, as well as workforce management transformations. Tatum joined Bios Management in 2022 to lead project implementations across the UK and USA, ensuring strong governance and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Recently, she assumed the role of Head of Professional Services, expanding her leadership to global project delivery across the UK, US, and APAC regions. In this capacity, she drives seamless execution, fosters client relationships, and upholds rigorous project governance, delivering exceptional service.
