Leading Global Men’s Charity deploys Board Software for Global Cloud Forecasting & Budgeting

Board International, the world’s leading supplier of Decision Making software for enterprises, announced today that the largest global men’s health charity, the Movember Foundation, has selected the Board BI/analytics and performance management software platform as its cloud forecasting and budgeting solution.
The Movember Foundation runs awareness and fundraising activities year-round, with an annual Movember campaign in November being globally recognized for its fun, disruptive approach. During Movember, men and women around the world raise funds by growing or supporting a moustache, getting physically active, or by hosting or attending a Movember event.
Millions have joined the movement, raising $770m and helping to fund over 1,200 projects focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
“We were looking for greater flexibility in our reporting and more ability to quickly and easily analyze data than our general ledger. Also, to bring together information from several sources and have a global cloud solution for budgeting and forecasting.” said Movember Foundation Commercial Manager, Simone Corner.
During the selection process “We had a system requirement specification that many providers were assessed against. Board was chosen for its best fit to meet specification requirements and price. Board provided a flexible solution for a fast-pace environment that is still evolving,” explained Corner.
