SoftwareReviews, a division of Info-Tech Research Group produces the annual study that examines 16 vendors and their customers’ attitudes, scored against a combination of vendor capabilities and product features. Board achieved an overall score of 8.1/10, resulting in a Gold Medalist badge for being one of the highest-rated solution providers.
