Putting Board at the center of Olsen’s transformation strategy
See how this global retailer created a fully integrated, end-to-end planning with the Board Enterprise Planning Platform.
Olsen, an international and fast-growing fashion company with subsidiaries in Europe and North America, has an ambitious vision. It’s setting out to not only transform its own retail planning strategy, but other retailers too—pushing to modernize the industry with the latest breakthroughs in technology and AI. At the center of Olsen’s data strategy is Board: The Enterprise Planning Platform.
To better understand complex data from its omnichannel business model, Olsen started a project focused on shop-floor planning and control in order to optimize its collection framework planning and day by day, the assortment on the shop floor. To achieve the desired end-to-end-planning, Olsen selected Board, as other vendors could not offer both required flexibility nor the possibility to truly connect all areas of the business.
